I'll be honest, I don't drink at all, so bars are not places I go. But I have friends who go and know the owner well. Apparently a wonderful gentleman.
So I went with a few folks and took in the atmosphere. It's quite a fun place inside with lots of color and a Tahitian scene? They have a big bar and tables and booths and, to my surprise, they have a menu.
So I had a bacon hot dog and a ginger ale and it was really darn good.
I enjoyed the folks I was with and felt very comfortable there.
First time here and it was kind of weird. The female bartender was a total sweetheart, helped us with drinks, and answered all our questions. However. The guy was a total jerk to everyone in our party. I started to avoid the bar completely when he was there and we ended up leaving because of him. I don't really want to come back if he's here honestly. But hey my drinks were good!
This place is awesome. I don’t believe the 3 posters claiming a veteran got “kicked out for wearing a shirt with an American flag.” I felt very welcome in my own shirt with the flag.
Ordered a drink that the bartender just plain never made. It was early on a very slow Thursday night, they weren’t busy. She kept looking over at our table but never acknowledged that I had ordered it. 30 minutes later we left. Worst bar service I’ve ever experienced.
Showed up for a party of 12–14ish. Wasn’t served. Wasn’t waited on. Went to the bar and received subpar service. They were “out”of the first 3 things I ordered (one being a draft beer that ALL their taps were down). This was the second time I was there. First time I didn’t even get a drink. They need to figure out how to run an establishment before they open to the public.
One of the bartenders gave a lot of attitude last night and the vibe was less than mid
I love this place, every time I get a drink here I want to come back each week but we live too far away. Fun and coastal (get the mystery drink!) but also has that local feeling, worth the trip! The White Russian was a milk shake which was so good
Felt so uncomfortable here. Owner came up and was bashing me for what I was wearing….. He came up to me saying this is a very liberal establishment and my shirt was getting at something bad because it had an American flag on it. Will never eat or step foot in this place ever again. Didn’t even finish my food I was so disgusted.
